1. General risk warning

The products offered by Nevo Capital — including spot Forex, CFDs on indices, commodities, shares, metals, energies and cryptocurrencies — are complex financial instruments that derive their value from an underlying market. They are speculative in nature, are traded on margin, and can produce both significant profits and significant losses in a very short period of time.

Before deciding to trade you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, risk appetite and financial circumstances. You should not invest funds you cannot afford to lose, and you should seek independent professional advice if you have any doubt.

2. Leverage and margin

Margin trading allows you to control a position much larger than the funds deposited in your account. Although this magnifies potential profits, it equally magnifies potential losses. A small adverse movement in the price of an underlying instrument can result in losses that exceed the initial margin deposited and may require additional funds at short notice.

• Leverage of up to 1:1000 is available on certain account types. The higher the leverage, the greater the risk of rapid capital loss.
• If the equity in your account falls below the required margin, your open positions may be partially or fully closed without further notice (margin call / stop-out).
• Negative balance protection, where available, is applied at the firm's discretion and is subject to the conditions set out in the Client Agreement.

Prices may move rapidly against you due to unexpected economic data releases, central bank announcements, geopolitical events, news flow or simple shifts in market sentiment. During such periods:

• Spreads may widen significantly beyond the indicative values shown on this website.
• Stop-loss orders are not guaranteed and may be filled at prices materially worse than requested ("slippage").
• Order execution may be delayed or, in extreme cases, suspended on certain instruments.
• Gaps between trading sessions (weekend and holiday gaps) can produce losses larger than your initial deposit.

4. Technology, connectivity and platform risks

Online trading depends on a chain of technology — your device, your internet connection, third-party data providers and our trading servers. Any link in this chain may fail. You acknowledge and accept that interruptions, latency, disconnections or hardware failures may occur and may prevent you from opening, closing or modifying positions at the prices you intend.

5. Counterparty and credit risk

When you trade with Nevo Capital you trade against the firm as the principal counterparty. Client funds are held in segregated accounts at top-tier banks; however, no investor compensation scheme applies in the jurisdiction of incorporation. You should consider the firm's financial position before depositing funds.
